We are a small business, and hands on making everything we offer. We try hard to get it right. Where possible agreeing designs, giving estimates and prices and following up after installation with support.
If deposits are taken or sale made there is no refund given unless product is proved to be defective. If an hourly rate is agreed it is applied to all activities from design, to build, to after care support.
Our wood is a natural product, it is likely to move during seasons and although we do our best to predict movement and protect our pieces with suitable finishes, we do remind customers that ultimately wood is a natural material and does continue to have a life and will of its own. If we need to ease pieces, refinish or otherwise tinker it's likely to be a chargeable activity.
Any invoices presented are to be paid by return or a interest rate may be applied and fee charged to chase outstanding debts.
